Either way, the 1% wins and 99% of us lose. While the war on the poor rages, we are consumed by other life and death issues. If Tate succeeds in force feeding us Burke, I, for one will be working for a third party. It is time for an alternative to the "democratic party," one that seeks to restore a representative democracy as opposed to the oligarchy/plutocracy we suffer under now.
