State Senator Bob Jauch - What's UP, Bob? 03.26.12

State Senator Bob Jauch appears to relish his role in the current political landscape. .  Doe he have a strategy in mind, a secret mission, or is he convinced he has the skills to make the big deal and becomes famous for his continued efforts to "promote responsible" for the "common good"?  WE have had concerns about Jauch's good jugement dating back to his call for and support of the ill-fated Senate Committee on MInes . Praise for Senator Neal Kedzie further eroded  confidence in Jauch's good judgement.Jauch actually was in agreement with the position supported by WMC (Wisconsin Manuafactures and Commerece) in September of 2011. Bob likes the term "responsible mining" and so far he has not to offered a definition or explained the aspects of our current laws that prevent "responsible mining. A responsible politician is expected to  mining regulations: He needs to articulate what he does not like about the current regulations.  Even Jauch's role as leader in the Democtratic Party Senate tmaybe be waning or at least overstated. Reports have sift to WE, from reliable sources that two Democrats in the state senate may reconsider (or have reconsidered) their oposition to AB 426. The recall for Senator Jauch movement may or may not get off the grouond - however, if Jauch continues seeking permission from the Governor to meet with him, the talk of a third party could well become serious. WE believe Bob is just adding fuel to the fires of dissention rather than buidling bridges. He should be talking with the Governor about sustainable employment, working with area farmers to promote and produce locally grown products. Promoting programs to assist hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and local markets to carry locally produced food is a better use of time than seeking ways to promote out of state mining companies to facitlitate sending our resources to China.
