The Season Opener started as a gala event - fall colors in abundance and warm enough for a couple of players to strip down to the waist as the “gala event” became more serious. The Competition escalated and fortunately the only reports of blood shed resulted from an altercation with a blackberry community. The October 15th matchup was a different event - teams were organized, disciplined and strategic - well executed plays, passing, and shirts were not removed.
