Hi Maureen,
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. When I completed this review a few months ago, I was only going off the dates that were provided to me, which was this winter. I now understand that the bulk sampling could be occurring through early 2015, so I will be getting in touch with the certified reviewer who wrote the review to make an amendment and send back to me for finalizing .Depending on where the sampling will be occurring, this could change the measures needed to avoid take of the wood turtle.
